When listening to Come On-A My House sung by Rosemary Clooney (w&m Ross Bagdasarian and William Saroyan), you can't help but think of the witch luring Hansel & Gretel into her house; but it's a seductive witch and I think she only wants Hansel after he turns 18. I mean, she wants to give him "candy" (and it's a helluva lot better than that Mandy Moore pre-teen candy...song). Initially, Rosemary didn't even like the record, but her boss at Columbia said record it or you're fired. The rest be history.
